The San Francisco Chronicle’s Caron Creighton reported recently on the problems caused by illegal dumping of trash, particularly in homeless encampments. Urban Compassion Project’s founder, Vincent Ray Williams, was interviewed for the article, and talks about the impacts of this dumping on the inhabitants, as well as UCP’s efforts to bring attention to this problem.
