DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, April 20th\, join Keep Oakland Beautiful\, MARK’s Artisans\, Urban Compassion Project\, and the dedicated Oakland Community as we beautify Lake Merritt!\n\nVolunteers will be picking up litter around the lake and greening spaces.\nWe’ll be staging at the Lake Merritt Bandstand with all necessary cleaning supplies: pick up kits\, gloves\, vests\, bags – all you need to do is show up for the 9AM start.\n\n\nWe’ll provide water stations so please bring your reusable water bottle.\nEnjoy a delicious lunch generously catered by C’era Una Volta located in Alameda!\n\nBring your family & friends and come out April 20th to show Oakland love.\nPlease note: Interior Lake Merritt parking is $5 on weekends.
