Community Cleanup

FreeThis week’s location: Lafayette Square Park (11th and MLK)
Lafayette Square Park is in urgent need of cleanup and beautification. There are about 8 people staying there who would really like help in making the park safe and livable. Come on out to support them and make Oakland a better place for us all!
We meet every Saturday at 9 am to clean up an area in need. We approach this with compassion and kindness, and build bridges between volunteers and our unhoused community. All are welcome. Please wear long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. All personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies are provided, and donations are always welcome.
