Community Cleanup

FreeThis week’s location: Lafayette Square Park – Jefferson St. & 11th St.
There is an encampment at Lafayette Square Park whose residents would like our assistance! A lot of trash has piled up at the park and residents are looking forward to our presence this Saturday. Come on out to support them and make Oakland a better place for us all!
We meet on Saturdays at 9 am to clean up an area in need. We approach this with compassion and kindness, and build bridges between volunteers and our unhoused community. All are welcome. Please wear long pants and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. All personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies are provided. Donations are always welcome.
